Olive Hotel Brookefield by Embassy Group

“The room size was perfect and the staff was polite. The check-in process was smooth, and the breakfa”

Breakfast was basic with limited choices; a few more options would improve it. The room itself was fine, but a few switches were loose and needed fixing, and the washroom drainage leaked. These issues were in Room 306. I didn’t face major problems, but I wanted to point them out so the room can be kept in better shape.

The rooms were spotless and had everything business travelers need for a good price, and the staff were very helpful and polite; the spot was perfect with restaurants, supermarkets, transport and other essentials close by. However, the bathroom cabinets still had stuff in them when I arrived, so a quick check before the next guest would have been appreciated.

The atmosphere was great, and there was nothing to complain about.

The location was convenient, but a dental kit that I had requested was missing, and the water that was supposed to be free was actually charged.

“Great location, value for money”

I liked how close the hotel was to my office, but the breakfast was pre‑packed and the Wi‑Fi was spotty at times.
