The staff were incredibly kind, the room was spotless, and you must try the cappuccino and coffee at breakfast – they’re fantastic. The breakfast buffet isn’t huge, but that’s hardly a complaint.

The reception was very friendly and arranged a takeaway breakfast for us when we left early before breakfast started the next morning, and they also booked a taxi for early the next morning – very convenient. The room was small, but the bed was very comfortable. The shower had no hot water for the first shower (nothing came out), but it started working during the second shower.

The location was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable, though a room on the road was noisy because Italians love to honk!

A solid place to stay in Naples. The area is really calm with great surroundings. The staff are friendly and the bed is comfortable. The interior of the building is absolutely amazing! The breakfast food variety could be better, but overall it was a good experience.
