Our stay was phenomenal; the property was very clean, well kept, smelled so nice, and was well taken care of.

The location to Hershey was convenient, and the front desk person was friendly, but there was a big stain on the sofa pillow in the room, the toilet wasn’t tightly attached to the floor so it rocked when you sat on it, the towels smelled bad, and the coffee at breakfast was watered down from a push‑button machine.

There was nothing major to truly complain about; it was a decent hotel, but like most hotels in Pennsylvania it felt a bit dated and needed replacements, though it was very clean, the staff were nice, and my kids enjoyed the breakfast.
