“Close to shopping and the airport.”
The location was great and I especially liked the excellent buffet breakfast. Free parking is included in the price, but access to the underground carpark is only via valet, which costs extra.
We had a wonderful stay at Acacia Hotel Davao as a family of four with two kids; the spacious room was clean, well‑maintained, and perfect for us. The kids loved the clean, kid‑friendly swimming pool. A relaxing in‑room massage service was a convenient highlight after a long day. The hotel’s central location made shopping malls, stores, restaurants, and the airport easily accessible, which was very convenient for our family. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend Acacia Hotel Davao to families seeking comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We look forward to staying here again in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff answered my question, and the location is convenient. I expected a facial tissue in every room, but it turns out you have to ask for it and it’s only available in the suites. The in‑room phone didn’t work, so I had to go down to the lobby to ask for help, and the TV was also broken. I was disappointed.

We stayed for 2 nights, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The location was convenient and made getting around easy. The room was comfortable, and I had a pleasant experience overall. * There was a drainage smell upon arriving at the doorstep. * It took me a while to check in. I'm not sure what happened, but I was expecting a warmer and more enthusiastic welcome (front desk). * The breakfast was good, but I don't think it was worth the ₱1,000+ price. * The guard or staff at the front door didn't help us get a taxi or take the initiative to assist. * I was hoping for a nice signature scent throughout the hotel. It smelled fine, but not like other hotels that have a more memorable scent
