The rooms were huge and spotless, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic; the hotel sits just a stone’s throw from the main bus station and directly opposite a large shopping centre, but the room smelled of cigarettes.

This hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. I was forced to stay here for business, and I regret it every day. The place was filthy, with a heating system that didn't work and an air conditioning unit that was clearly never cleaned. The bathroom was moldy and disgusting, and the staff were completely clueless. When I asked for an invoice, I was met with a 30-minute argument before they handed me a fake receipt that didn't even show the correct price.

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel itself was clean and safe. The breakfast was top-notch, and the lobby decor was definitely unique. The location was perfect for me, as it's right next to the bus station, but I wouldn't choose to stay in this area otherwise. The only downsides were the outdated carpets and the fact that my room was a bit dark, but they made up for it with free slippers.
