“What an amazing place! Great views, great staff, nice accommodation.”
The spot is really nice, the interiors are clean and stylish, the shower was great, breakfast was lovely with huge scones, and all the staff were friendly, fun, and helpful; we’d book again if we’re nearby. The room felt a bit chilly and the underfloor heating seemed ineffective; an electric heater in the fireplace was unplugged and we couldn’t find a plug, the fridge was off and we couldn’t locate a switch (it might be broken), the TV slot was empty, lunch was pricey, no one was at reception, there was nothing to eat upon arrival or nearby, and we’d appreciate a few biscuits left in the room.
