The television did not work, which is very important to me! Moreover, the breakfast was not worth the money, with few options and the bread gone. The sausage looked bad. The view from the window is very unpleasant—outside is heavily polluted for room 106. Therefore I think a partial refund of at least 20 % is fair.

The hotel room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked, and breakfast was good. The room was clean overall, except it was very dusty under the bed. The room near the street was very noisy. I forgot to bring earplugs.

The booking listed check‑out at 12 h, but online check‑in changed it to 11 h, and on Sunday before departure it couldn’t be clarified at the reception because it was unstaffed due to illness.

Breakfast was adequate and okay; fresh fruit could be added. The TV worked, I didn’t use Wi‑Fi. Towels were changed and tidied daily. Thanks! The staff was consistently friendly and the room was quite modern, it seems they are also refurbishing some floors. My check‑in went smoothly because the staff were there on time and helpful. A supermarket, a restaurant, and Rossmann are opposite. From there many places are within walking distance. All in all, for a 2‑star place it’s pretty good! The area doesn’t invite you to linger; it’s more functional, you can quickly walk to museums and Römerberg. I’d rather avoid the train station—I was a bit shocked as a Berliner. The fitness room does not exist or existed once; the information is wrong online and on site.

24 Stunden laute Geräusche einer gewerblichen Abluft. Da es keine Aircondition gibt und das Zimmer unterm Dach liegt, als sehr heiss ist, muss das Dachfenster geöffnet sein. Vor der Tür nachts viele Betrunkene und Obdachlose. Morgens ist der Gehweg mit Scherben, Abfällen und Erbrochenem übersäht. Der Standventilator hatte keinen Berührungsschutz
