Very cool hotel! Great decor, quirky vibe and lovely room. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in and the room was great, with the outdoor terrace a great bonus. Bed super comfortable and lovely toiletries as well as complimentary snacks and drinks in the mini bar. A great stay in a great location!. All great!

The light switches were nonsensical in both rooms I stayed in; you couldn’t turn off all the lights from the bed and the bathroom switch was by the door, which was mad.

I liked the location and the room, but the stairs were steeper than I expected and there was no lift to help.

The spot was perfect, the hotel was pretty and well‑maintained with an original décor, and the bedding was very good; a welcome basket with tea, coffee, biscuits, corn flakes, milk, sugar, peanuts… was included. It’s close to a park and just steps from St Pancras station. We stayed in apartment No 5 and the toilet had a coloured glass door that didn’t close properly and was right next to the bed, which made the noise, smell and privacy only average.
