Location, price and friendliness were great, but it can get noisy because of the spot, and the washroom needs improvement even though it’s practical.

The rooms are very complete, having everything; the entrance portal and stairs were very dirty, like the rest of the city, and they don’t collect garbage or clean them.

As a solo traveller, being close to everything centrally meant no taxi was needed to explore all the sights in beautiful Palermo and the connections to train, bus, tram were excellent; Federico was available if needed, and nothing directly disturbed me, though the place was very lively day and night.

Everything was fine at the place, excellent accommodation for that money! No complaints.
