Because I was moving around during the International Beatleweek, the location was more than great and I could reach almost all event sites easily; the legendary Cavern Club was just a few meters away, as was Liverpool’s shopping centre. I liked the shared space for breakfast, lunch, or snack, which had a small fridge, a microwave, and a coffee machine that also supplied hot water (Materos argentinos!!!). The room felt tight, but given the price‑quality ratio it was acceptable; even though it’s on Mathew St., I didn’t notice the noise or music, and I would put a deodorant in the toilet.

The central spot is close to the train station and the Cavern, and you can walk to almost everything, but the noise was brutal: loud music from nearby bars kept playing late, the air plugs they gave me barely helped, early mornings had garbage trucks and delivery trucks rattling on cobbles, and there was no milk in the breakfast area for the two days we stayed.
