“Decent stay, some details could use attention.”

The room looked clean except for the desk and the shakers; the bed was an 8/10 in comfort. The shower had plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Breakfast was tasty, though a microwave would be handy for those who want to heat food. When we entered, a tiny cockroach was on the desk and the salt and pepper shakers had melted cheese, indicating poor cleaning. The refrigerator drawer lacked a top cover, so items fell to the bottom. The window AC was too small, and the main unit for the kitchen and living area stayed around 73°F even when set to 70°F. The pool was okay, but the whirlpool was broken and looked poorly maintained. It’s a decent place, but management needs to fix these maintenance and housekeeping issues.

“Stressful stay when I was supposed to relax.”

I expected to relax, but I was stressed the whole time. Roaches appeared upon arrival, dust was everywhere, hair was in the shower, and there were blood stains on the pillow. To top it off, someone tried to break into my room at 2 am, and no help came until about 3 am when the police arrived; the intruder was still outside my room.
