Exceeded all expectations. Incredible location, fantastic staff, large lovely rooms… everything was truly fantastic about this hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. The location is amazing. The staff is very friendly, polite, and helpful. The recreation facilities are great. An electric bike is available for a small rental fee. The pool is nice and the water temperature is comfortable.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Besonders die Gastgeberfamilie sorgt mit ihrer warmen Art für eine familiäre und entspannte Atmosphäre. Der Spa-Bereich ist traumhaft und lädt perfekt zum Entspannen ein. Auch kulinarisch war alles auf höchstem Niveau – vom abwechslungsreichen Frühstück über das leckere Nachmittagsbuffet bis hin zum ausgezeichneten Abendessen war jedes Gericht hervorragend. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We spent one night at Hotel Viktoria with my sister, and honestly we’d have liked to stay much longer. A special thank you to the Platzer family, the owners, for the warm welcome and the elegant yet family‑friendly atmosphere they create. The passion and care in every detail are truly felt. The property is impeccable: excellent cleaning, well‑kept spaces, and always professional service. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing, perfect for escaping routine. Breakfast and kitchen were really good: quality products, wide choice, all prepared with great attention. A special shout‑out to the staff: Giusi at reception was flawless, professional, very kind, and always available. Hubert gave us a wonderful experience with his sauna sessions, truly engaging and relaxing. It’s rare to find a hotel where everything works so well, from welcome to services to guest care. It was a beautiful experience and we’ll definitely return, this time for a longer stay!
