The Sheraton Grand Krakow is a 5-star hotel situated at the foot of the Royal Wawel Castle and 40 meters from the Vistula River boulevards in Kraków's city center. Luxurious rooms and suites feature manual air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and Nespresso machines. The hotel boasts 3 bars and restaurants, a rooftop lounge bar, a sports bar with a garden, and a 24/7 wellness area with a pool, sauna, and gym.

The location is excellent, close to main sights. The hotel parking is very convenient, costing 20 € per night. The room is large, faces the river, clean, spacious, and the staff are welcoming. Breakfast is good, the restaurant serves great vegetarian dishes. We were given a first‑floor room, but when we requested a higher floor they moved us up. We have no opinion on the spa because we didn’t have time to use it.

The staff were excellent, the location was very good—everything was close, the place was clean, and parking was available. Nothing negative to mention.

As usual with hotels from this chain, everything was just right for me: the décor, the comfort, the freedom, a very good breakfast, and a beautiful view from the window. However, there was no contact in the bathroom to use the hair dryer, the shower handle was weak, and the bathroom door creaked (perhaps it just needs a renovation); these were minor issues.

النظافة وموظفين الاستقبال وحامل الشنط لوكاس (اووكا) والافطار. حمام الغرفة يحتاج الى تجديد وتنظيف اكثر جربت المساج وتنظيف الجسم كان جيد ولكن ليس على المستوى المطلوب والسعر مبالغ فيه
