Everything was perfect – the comfort, the incredible views, the great facilities, and the super quiet environment, so I gave it a perfect 10.

I liked the condo‑style rooms and the property itself was very nice, but there was no daily cleaning of the rooms.

The western home was absolutely beautiful, with incredible views of the Tetons, antler chandeliers, and a deck you can sit on for hours. It was perfect for our family of six adults and a baby—nothing was missing, it was superb.

The view was excellent, yet the interior felt outdated, old, rundown, and uncomfortable; the bed was terrible, the couch was so deep you couldn’t get out, the bathroom was outdated and full of crickets, and overall it was way expensive for what you get. The staff didn’t care, and I would never rent that unit again. On the morning we were to leave, a contractor came to pressure‑wash the deck without any advanced warning, which was a complete failure.

We really enjoyed the view of the Tetons from our deck, and having a kitchen to eat in some of the time was nice, plus the small front and back yard were a plus. The bed was terrible – my wife and I are 70+ and this is the first time in all our travels we didn’t get much sleep because the bed was only about 15″ from the floor, basically two uncomfortable mattresses. Getting down on such a low bed and then up again at night to use the restroom was a real challenge, and we could hear the family upstairs very plainly; their squeaky bed kept us up at night.
