Five languages were offered, but no Dutch. Only French‑language TV.

The bed was comfortable, the room spacious and quiet. However, the room felt old, damp, moldy, and unclean. The lake view was perpendicular, not facing the lake, and trees blocked most of it. Breakfast wasn’t included, and the spa cost €30 per person, which is extremely pricey for the overall rate. It didn’t match the photos at all, very disappointing.

The location was beautiful, the room super comfortable and clean. The reception was very friendly, and the personalized breakfast was excellent. The staff were helpful and kind. Absolutely recommended!

The welcome was warm. I didn’t like the lack of clarity on Booking about access to the pool area; it wasn’t obvious from the reservation that the pool wasn’t available, which felt misleading. If I had known, I wouldn’t have booked at that price, which seemed excessive. It had a noticeable impact on our stay, so it needs review.
