Breakfast was bland and offered no variety. The description promised a mountain view, yet we saw none. The traffic on Al‑Farabi is a constant jam. At least it’s passable for a night’s stay.

We liked the hotel – clean, cozy, and we found it on the day of check‑in within our budget. It turned out better than expected. The place is quiet, and the building itself feels homely; the café included a good breakfast at no extra cost. Thanks to the hotel team and the booking. The only thing I’d choose next time is a room with a larger space and a mountain view.

“Awful experience!”

Awful place! An old property with old windows, right next to an extremely busy motorway. The traffic noise was constant, day and night. I could hear it all night long and hardly slept during my stay. Do not book this place – you will regret it! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. There were so many things I disliked about this place. There was no room cleaning service for an entire week during my stay. The breakfast was awful, with very poor-quality food and a very limited choice. I was still hungry afterwards and had to go somewhere else to get a proper meal. The property is old, run-down and in desperate need of renovation. The bathroom was particularly dangerous. I nearly slipped and seriously injured myself getting out of the shower because the old shower door wouldn’t close properly, allowing water to leak all over the bathroom floor. The reception staff didn’t speak English, which made communication extremely difficult. On top of that, they were generally unhelpful and unfriendly whenever I approached them for assistance with problems during my stay. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place

Clean, good staff. The noise level is high, and the neighbors are loud.

Чисто, нет лишнего запаха. Персонал очень приветлив. Девушка Нурай была очень вежливой и компетентна во всем. Двери шкафа в комнате скрипят, двери в душевой тоже скрипят, в душевой было прохладно
