“Staycation”

The staff were amazing, and because it was a birthday and anniversary we were granted a late check‑out until 4 pm. The bed was super comfy, the room was large enough, and although the coffee maker was a bit of a hassle, we eventually figured it out. Water pressure was great for a solid shower, but a tub would have been nice. I requested a room that didn’t face the expressway, and the opposite view was great for relaxing. The TV was a bit tricky to use when I wanted to watch YouTube or stream shows. Breakfast was excellent and the fact that it ran until 11 am was a plus. Overall, it’s worth a visit. When we first entered the room we found that only one set of amenities had been provided; I asked for an extra towel and bathrobe but didn’t receive them until I requested them again in the morning, at which point housekeeping supplied them. That initial oversight was a minor inconvenience, but it was ultimately resolved.

“good professional hotel with professional staff and service with clean standard room”

The standard room was good, clean, and well maintained. Staff were professional and service was solid. The location is convenient depending on where you plan to travel around the city, and breakfast was good. The only drawback was the chargeable water policy after four bottles, which could be reconsidered.
