“PERFEIÇÃO”
The staff were super helpful and friendly, everything was spotless and comfy. The food was amazing—truly a culinary highlight—and the pools and jacuzzi were crystal clean. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about; it felt like a little paradise.

The hotel sits amid stunning scenery with two infinity pools, one heated, and rooms that are spacious and offer great views. The staff are attentive and the breakfast, restaurant, and pizzeria are all good. But it's a bit of a trek from Porto Belo center, with a rough dirt road up a hill and many stairs—plus the suite curtains didn't block light.
The hotel is decent and the staff are friendly, but for a price on par with other resorts, the service feels undertrained. We didn't get any guidance at reception about the welcome cocktail, and the meals—though served in a nice setting—were forgettable, with fish that looked frozen and a mignon risotto that was stiff. Even the pizza arrived in under ten minutes, which made the dining feel rushed instead of part of the resort vibe.
