The hotel is excellent and the staff are always friendly and ready to help with any question, but the shower box could be a bit larger.

The location was fine, but I was disappointed by the fridge being off and empty, a small amount of water after I paid 2.50 for a complaint, and the breakfast that morning lacking scrambled eggs I had requested, which had to be paid for separately—something I’d never encountered in a 4‑star hotel.

Excellent location, just a short 5-7 minute walk from the town centre. Our room was spacious, spotless, and featured a nice balcony. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, cold cuts, fish, and cheeses. A huge plus is the gated car park, and there is a very convenient 24-hour laundromat nearby for longer stays. I highly recommend booking your Amalfi Coast or island boat tours directly through reception—their prices are better than online rates. We booked the Capri tour (€65 + €5) and loved that it included hotel pick-up and drop-off. The itinerary was perfectly organized, allowing us to make the most of our time on the island. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sorrento!. Having a soap dish in the bathroom. Maybe supply guests with the lemon soap
