“Wouldn't stay here again”

Rooms were clean and tidy. I booked room with 2 single beds. None were available. Only double bed. This is not ideal. Reception staff didn't smile, wasn't helpful and didn't like us asking anything. Room didn't have a kettle and cups. At first they didn't want to give us any but eventually we received them. We didn't stay for breakfast as staff still not happy. Won't stay here again

The pool was nice and they organized transportation for my next journey, but it was on a main road.

I slept on a huge, comfy bed and liked the pool, but there were no lounge chairs, cushions or anything to relax on. It worked for a single night but nothing more. There was absolutely no soundproofing; a karaoke was playing next door while I was there, all the way until very late, and it felt like I was inside it. The housekeeping in the bathroom was average.

The bedding was comfortable and the room was fully equipped. Breakfast was varied and changed from day to day. I had the room right next to the restaurant, and the walls were quite thin. The staff bothered me twice while I was trying to sleep because of toilet and air‑conditioning issues that actually belonged to another room. Better communication among the team would probably help.
