Super Flats Geribá

I absolutely loved the stay at the lodge! We were greeted warmly, the hospitality was amazing, and the place itself is very pleasant. The value for money is outstanding and it’s definitely worth it. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again.

“Pior pousada que eu fiquei na vida, oferecem o que não tem.”

The bathroom had no tap water and the shower was extremely weak; they said it was just air in the pipe that they would fix, but when I arrived and left it still wasn’t resolved. I had to use the kitchen sink with a cup to brush my teeth and wash my hands. The bathroom emitted a terrible smell from the drains, and the Wi‑Fi was non‑functional, so I stayed without internet. On top of that, someone was smoking marijuana. The parking situation was also problematic: the lodge has a pizza place, and when I left at night I had to wait for a pizza customer to leave before I could park. If a service isn’t available, it shouldn’t be offered; this was the worst lodge I’ve stayed at.

“Foi boa o local e de uma localização boa porém prescisa de um investimento pra melhoria”

The room cleaning was excellent. The first room we stayed in had a bad bed and a broken shower, but the next day a new room was assigned with an excellent bed; the pool area was very neglected and needs improvement.

“Sem condições”

The lady’s service was excellent, very friendly and kind, but the air conditioner was noisy, the bed linens were dirty, and there were insects. I stayed only one night and had to find another lodge.
