The hotel was a delightful little spot. They helped us organize all the private tours we wanted. The kitchen was excellent and the atmosphere pleasant. Our room was very spacious, the bed was huge and comfortable. I would definitely return.

The complex is stunning right in the middle of Valladolid city, a real oasis of calm in the city. The hotel is nice, the staff super friendly, and there’s a great cat named Guana.

The pool is next to the restaurant, so it’s not comfortable to swim during meal times. There were only two loungers at the pool.

The location is good, the garden area is beautiful, the staff friendly, and breakfast is nice. You get a small fruit selection, coffee with refills, juice, and a main dish from a long list. There’s a cute cat too. They were very helpful, arranging a taxi driver for us to go to Chichen Itza and visit cenotes. The free Nespresso capsules are a nice touch as well. The only downside is that the shower pressure could be stronger.

The location is good (close to the center and the ADO station), the room is spacious, breakfast is good, the small but pretty property has greenery in the garden, and the staff are very friendly. You can’t open a window to let in air and light, for example to dry swimsuits.
