Zabola Estate - Transylvania, a 16th-century castle guesthouse, sits on a 500-hectare private domain in a picturesque area 6 km from Covasna. The estate features 2 lakes, 4 fishing ponds, hiking and horse riding facilities, and a sauna. Individually designed rooms overlook the garden. Guests enjoy 7 dining areas, bear watching, horse carriage tours, and proximity to Lake Sfanta Ana, a volcanic lake.

The room is decorated in an old‑style, the bed is comfortable, and it’s surrounded by nature. Coffee is excellent, the menu is very good, and the massage is superb. However, the accommodation and entertainment services (cable, cable, ATV) are pricey, and the food menu is minimal.

Breakfast is adequate, and the location and surroundings are beautiful.

The estate is amazing.

service was good, food good, the room was excellent, good massage and we have receieved a room upgrade, probably because the spa was not functional. The sauna and jacuzzi was not working, and they didn't anounce us before. They did offer us a room upgrade 2 days before the check in, probably was to compensate the thing witht the not functional spa
