The facility and staff are very nice, but the pillows are extremely hard. It would be nice to have a choice of a much softer pillow. In many hotels I've stayed in, if there are 4 pillows provided for a queen or larger bed, 2 will be nice soft ones and 2 will be firm ones. The beds were very comfortable; it's only the pillows that I found extremely uncomfortable.
