Firstly the staff and the whole team Were exceptional. All super polite , professional and kind
“Marrakech Riad”
Highly recommend this riad. We were unsure about staying in a Riad as we had no idea about them beside researching them but we thought to give it a go and it was one of the best decisions. This riad is great. Located in the corner of the main square of Jamaa El-fna. The staff and services is second to none, it was excellent and they were very accommodating and helpful. The staff take your luggage 🧳 to your rooms and out the door as you check out. They allowed us to have breakfast 30mins early as we had an early pick on our check out day. It has a pool and they put up shade as you sit down. The room was nice and clean, the shower was the only doubtful part due to the tiles you can't really tell if they are clean, it's comfortable, has AC and is really quite. It was great to head out in the heat and return to comfort and and AC. You could drop your room key off and they knew which one to hand back as you walk back in the lobby. There is a front door person, it felt very safe and secure bot that there was ever a worry. If we ever return I'm coming back to stay here. We also paid 25 euro for an airport pick up, he meet us just outside the airport main entrance, took us to the main road heading to the Jamaa El-fna square because cars can't drive in the area in the evening. There we meet another man who took our luggage in a cart and we walked with him to our riad. Flawless and recommend for first timer's 👌 coming here. The main guy we delt in the afternoon was great and speaks great English too
Very well placed in the heart of Marrakech, but also quite and cozy without external noises. The best of this hotel is the people who work, everybody without exceptions so polite, so helpful, with a smile in their faces. Definitely 10 points for this amazing people!
