It’s very close to the lake with great views and only 10 minutes from the Pavilion, and the staff are super friendly. The building is very loud, old, and has crooked floors with large gaps in the doors leading to the hall on the top and bottom. The room was right next to the stairs so I heard everyone coming and going. Luckily the (old) AC unit muffled it a bit, but the linens had stains in some areas and the lobby smelled of old cigarettes.
