We stayed in a two‑story villa that was stylish, comfortable, and beautiful, with a great private pool, welcoming staff, and tasty restaurant food, but the room was dirty everywhere, the sheets in both bedrooms had yellow and black stains, the mugs were dirty with coffee drips, the small pool on the lower floor was filthy, and the shared pool had greasy streaks.

Nothing positive at all. I was hugely disappointed – it really doesn’t live up to being a luxury hotel. The vegetation isn’t maintained, the staff offer no real welcome, the rooms feel old and shabby, and there’s a total mismatch between the mission and vision displayed in the lobby and what’s actually delivered. The price is outrageous! I travel a lot and honestly I didn’t understand why this place feels soulless.
