I was badly served from the moment I arrived. My check‑in was at 2, but I had to wait until 3. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work and the TV cable service was absent, so we had almost no entertainment. The receptionist was very rude and in a bad mood. We never received the breakfast that was supposed to be included. The only redeeming factor was the cleaning service—she was very kind and helpful. Overall it was a terrible experience that I would never repeat or recommend.
