The welcome was very pleasant and check‑in was easy, but the air‑conditioners weren't cold and a bit of hose pair changing would bring the hotel up a notch.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the absence of hot water for bathing. The hotel failed to provide a basic amenity that's essential for a comfortable stay. Despite this, I'm willing to give them another chance to improve their services.

A long mirror in the room would have been a welcome addition. Despite these issues, I'm willing to give the hotel another chance to improve their facilities.
