The only thing that disappointed me was that men and women were allowed to swim in the children's pools. The kids couldn’t even swim or walk comfortably, so the pool felt pointless unless parents could just stand beside them.

The place was clean and the staff were friendly, but the drinks were badly prepared. They never mentioned that you need a 5‑day stay to use the restaurants; if you stay less, they refuse service.

The pool and the Italian restaurant were good, but there is no kids club as promised—just a tiny playground, and you can’t leave children there; every game at the center costs extra. I got food poisoning the same day the food was unhygienic. The staff were terrible, especially toward international guests of color; the reception would hang up, never apologized, and management blamed Guest Relations, who in turn blamed reception. Don’t go if you care about your health, sanity, or want to avoid being scammed. Also, the beds feel like stone.
