The staff were very friendly and attentive, but there was nothing else to add.

The room was very comfortable with ultra‑quiet air conditioning. The hotel is very quiet and sits on the side canal of the Loire, with a slipway accessible from the garden—great for evening walks. Dinner was excellent.

The welcome was phenomenal, with constant attention and care for guests—big thanks and applause, I’d recommend it a thousand times; the décor and subtle touches really stood out. Nothing to complain about, keep it exactly as it is!

I had nothing positive to mention, everything was negative.
