After the reservation was cancelled, I have been waiting more than eight weeks for a refund, sending multiple emails and making numerous follow‑up phone calls, yet I have received no response about the refund status.

It was convenient, very close to the highway, quiet, clean, and comfortable.

Everything was spot on: the beds were comfy, the rooms were roomy and spotless. The Wi‑Fi kept dropping and wouldn’t connect to my devices, and the breakfast menu felt a bit repetitive—more variety would have been nice, but overall it was fine.
