“Except the staff, everything was disappointing.”

Helpful staff, decent breakfast, free parking. Pool was closed, with 2 kids in August, that was a real problem for us that was not communicated prior to arrival. The room looked and felt tired. Requested extra pillows when I checked in but there was none when received the room. Reservation was for 4, but only 2 bath towels were there at check in. The pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable

We arrived early Friday morning and they quickly found us a room so we didn’t have to wait in the lobby all day. I had car trouble and was told to return the car on Monday, so I had booked from Friday to Monday after staying at an Airbnb that I had to leave. The car was fixed on Friday, I asked to cancel, but they wouldn’t. I thought they might allow at least one day off.

The staff were friendly, and I even managed to have a brief conversation in French with someone at the desk, but the breakfast could have offered more variety.

“Comfortable stay in a nice location”

The place was clean and the location was great. The only downside was that renovations were happening near our room; the hallways smelled of fresh paint (a bit stinky) and were a little messy, though they were clearly doing everything they could to keep it tidy and safe.
