The facilities were spotless, but one day the room was delayed in being cleaned; they didn’t do a full clean, just swapped the towels.

The staff were very helpful, and the hotel’s storage was simply great.

The location and accessibility were convenient and good, the breakfast buffet offered enough variety and was tasty, the rooms were clean and nice, and the surprise in‑room service was a pleasant detail; the reception’s phone calls checking whether we had any complaints or requests were very attentive. It would have helped to receive prior notice about the surprise in‑room treat, and the sudden knock on the door while we were in the jacuzzi caused a brief panic. There isn’t much else to criticize; it’s a very good value/quality hotel.

The location and cleanliness were fine, but during booking there was no option to choose a non‑smoking room, and despite asking for one, the front desk gave two rooms marked “smoking” to three families with small children, refusing to change them because of “unavailability.” One of the families was later told there was no space, but after some insistence they switched rooms. The situation was unsettling and not fitting for a family‑friendly place; we won’t stay there again in Adana.

We stayed 14 days from 29 March to 2 April, coming from Adana and picking the hotel for its quiet neighbourhood, but it turned into a disaster. The neighboring hotel’s nightclub blared music and fights until about 1 am, even involving an armed altercation and police intervention twice, yet the hotel staff acted completely indifferent, dismissing the noise as “just our hotel.” I advise anyone to call the property about this issue before booking.
