The washroom was tiny and the bathroom wasn't clean.
If the location isn't a concern, just choose this hotel when staying in Kolkata; it opened just three months ago, so the cleanliness is top notch.
The position is very good, the rooms are clean, and the hotel is new.
The location was good and the staff were friendly, but the cleaning and room amenities left something to be desired.
The staff behaved excellently, and we plan to visit again if time permits; the place feels very safe and quiet at the same time.
