We arrived to find our room unbooked, received no solution, the staff didn’t speak English, there was no manager present, and the receptionist’s attitude was unacceptable; we were also told the hotel had changed ownership. The staff were aggressive, failed to communicate properly, and tried to overcharge us beyond what was advertised, so I would not stay here again.
