The décor is nice and modern. The building is several flights of steps up.

The facilities and the central yet quiet location were great. Communication with the hosts was good. The bike parking in front of the building didn’t feel secure enough; I was pointed to a camera. But is someone watching 24/7? I wouldn’t have booked this in Chisinau or Bucharest.

The spot is close to the center. The gym above the rooms meant no rest until 23:00. I had to take a cold shower because the hot water wasn’t available.

Fortunately I didn’t use it. The owner tried to push me to cancel the reservation by claiming the room was under renovation, then offered me a different, more expensive hotel (maybe a friend’s place) even though there were other options in the city at similar prices. At the agreed time no one was in the building. It was odd that the next day the renovation was supposedly finished.
