“Wonderful stay”

The place is pretty solid. My room was spacious, full of the usual perks, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We didn’t get the exact room we booked, but the one we ended up in was still great. Dinner turned out to be a real treat—a seven‑course Japanese meal, with a lady who was incredibly kind and attentive, explaining each dish. Breakfast was a genuine Japanese spread. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d like to return someday. The hotel bus was a nice bonus!

“다시 들리고 싶은 온천과 서비스”

I stayed with my parents and the whole trip, including the Kaiseki dinner, was flawless. I’d love to come back. The free shuttle bus was convenient, and the driver was very hardworking. The only downside was that on the day we left, construction on the road in front of the hotel made it noisy in the morning and traffic was a hassle.

“感謝”

The staff’s thoughtfulness was very comforting. The hot spring water quality was excellent, and every detail was cared for—something I truly appreciate. The meals were tasty, and my wife was thrilled with breakfast. It’s a place I’ll visit every year. One suggestion: having a thermometer in the sauna would be nice; the sand timer was too dark to read the minutes. A TV would also improve the experience. All in all, everything was taken care of. Thanks a lot. On the downside, the person who handled our meals didn’t quite understand what I was saying, which left me a bit puzzled.

We enjoyed the bath in our room and the yukata we could wear around the property all day. The onsen was super relaxing and empty around 11 pm. I’d read that there were complimentary drinks and snacks, and on our second night I discovered it was a self‑serve bar with sake, plum wine, shochu, and a wide variety of pastries, cakes, and pickles—an incredibly generous spread I’ve never seen elsewhere. The breakfasts and dinners were also a food lover’s dream. We chose the traditional tatami mats and futon mattresses, but even with extra mattresses they were quite thin and uncomfortable. The spring water bath in our room was great, yet the window was dirty and blocked the view.
