The location is the best, close to everything. Breakfast was not the best and our room was not cleaned once for 4 nights

The room was clean and orderly, yet they didn’t ensure there was enough for guests to enjoy their stay; we had no body soap, only an empty bottle that wasn’t refilled before we were handed the key, earning a 9.0/10.

The room sat at the end of the hallway, hallway ventilation was poor, the noise was excessive, and it was cold, so I scored it 4.0/10.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable, but the housekeeping never cleaned or made the bed or replaced towels during my stay, even though I asked for it. The water pressure was weak, the breakfast was awful—no cheese, no sausage, no vegetables, and the plates were paper.
