After staying in seven places over three weeks traveling through France, this was the last stop and it felt special thanks to Pascal and Virginie’s warm greeting and ongoing hospitality; the lodging sits right near the town square with shops and restaurants, parking is easy and Pascal kindly showed us where he parks his car safely; breakfast with classical music, lovely coffee and pastries wrapped up our trip nicely, and my wife and I enjoyed their company and conversation, wishing them well on their travels.

A very pleasant stay at Clos des Mouettes where everything was perfect: the room was pretty, the bedding very comfortable, the place quiet, the breakfast delicious with homemade jams, a private parking spot available, a location close to the center and main sights, and the hosts’ friendliness; everything matched the photos and previous reviews.

A very central home in Calais, all sights within walking distance, a top location; the room on the second floor is spacious, well‑maintained, comfortable, and tidy, the bed is great, the private bathroom next to the room is beautifully designed, and Pascal and Virginie’s warm welcome is very approachable and helpful; breakfast is excellent, though a small fridge in the room might have been useful.

Pascal and Valérie are very friendly and welcoming; we really appreciated the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, the excellent breakfast, and the room’s central location in Calais with private parking. Thanks Mireille and Philippe 🇨🇭
