Wonderful cosy hotel, located right in the city centre and close to the city’s biggest sights. The hotel is housed in an old, lovely building. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast. Everything was great. The hotel has only one small lift and in the morning you have to wait a bit for it (but I understand – the hotel is in an old building, otherwise it can’t be done). In my opinion, the hotel is a bit pricey. Maybe we arrived during the high‑price season, but it was one of three hotels in a row in Germany and it was the most expensive. But it was worth it.

The hotel’s location is close to the city centre. The service was friendly, the breakfast very good. Everything was to complete satisfaction.

The hotel sits right on the castle, with public parking just outside, at the end of the pedestrian street in Celle Altstadt. The mattresses are very firm.
