The contact was pleasant and the place was clean, but the location could have been better.

The staff were friendly, the price was reasonable, and the AC worked well, yet the value for money was disappointing because they only cleaned if you asked or stayed more than 4 nights, the bathroom sat in the middle of a small room, was very tiny, and had a lot of limescale, and the room faced the street so renovation noise was loud; overall I'd rather pay a bit more for a proper hotel experience.

The place was clean, fully renovated, and had everything we needed, but the entrance had an overpowering chemical smell from the air freshener.

The location was close to Levinski Market and Florentin with plenty of bars and restaurants, the room was large, well laid out, and spacious, cleanliness was absolutely spotless and well prepared, the staff were very helpful and responded quickly to questions and requests, and overall it was likely the best hotel in the Florentin/Levinski Market area at that price.

“Very poor customer service. Not easily accessible. Better hotels available within 15 mins.”

The hotel was hard to reach because major construction blocked vehicle drop‑off, the interior felt more like a dorm than a hotel, there were no elevators, and the bathrooms smelled even after cleaning; after spending less than 20 minutes in the room we moved out, the front desk promised a refund for the poor conditions and inconvenience, but management reversed that decision and stopped replying to messages, citing that we used one coffee pod and washed our hands in the bathroom.
