Easy booking and check‑in, but the air conditioner was off and the room was hot when we arrived, though it cooled down quickly; breakfast was not good, very limited and underwhelming.

The room and linens were spotless and the shower was hot, but the breakfast only offered toast and instant coffee, which was why I picked this hotel in the first place.

The first room I was in had bugs. The second room they put me in the shower head was clogged and the bathtub drained very slowly. Maintenance changed at the shower head and unclogged the bathtub drain. I needed to extend my reservation for an extra day due to memorial day. The Sunday morning desk clerk was not helpful at all. She insisted that eye make a new reservation on a 3rd party website

There’s a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby, but the hotel feels outdated—bathroom door handles are falling apart, the sink is clogged, the toilet almost overflowed, and the plumbing is bad.
