Located 300 meters from Times Square in New York, LUMA Hotel - Times Square offers a restaurant, free WiFi, and an on-site bar. Each air-conditioned room features a 50-inch flat-screen TV, electronic control sheer and blackout shades, a Nespresso coffee machine, and Frette Linens. AperiBar serves daily continental breakfast, dinner, and drinks, with carefully curated menus by Charlie Palmer.

The rooms were extremely quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The shower water temperature and the room size were great, the AC worked well, and they managed to put our rooms close together, which made coordinating our activities and time together very convenient. I was pleasantly surprised to find a Dyson hairdryer in the room, which was a nice perk. The room only had espresso‑sized coffee cups, so we couldn’t really use the coffee amenities. We asked for regular‑sized cups but never got them, so we had to go to local shops for coffee in the mornings. The espresso maker itself is one of our favorites. We tried to move our dinner at the downstairs restaurant a little earlier to fit a scheduled event, but they said there was no earlier availability. We ended up rushing our dinner so we could attend the event, only to find the restaurant had plenty of availability earlier. We were left a bit confused about what they had told us regarding earlier availability.

They came by more than once a day to tidy the room. The staff were super caring. Nothing else.

Breakfast was nice, and the staff were very friendly. The sofa bed in our room, meant for three people, was very uncomfortable.
