Both the shared room and the apartment are beautiful and comfortable, everything needed is there, and the environment is very clean; the location is ideal even for hospital visits, and Lady Zaira is extremely helpful—highly recommended, with no complaints.

The room is spacious with a very clean bathroom and beds more comfortable than average; the common area is great for breakfast or snacks, roomy and functional, and free parking under the building is a big plus. The location is excellent, with a supermarket and pharmacy close by and easy access to Verona, Aquardens Terme, and Lake Garda, offering great value for money. The only suggestion is to add dividers in the shared fridge for each room, perhaps with a notice reminding guests to keep their own items separate.

The price‑performance ratio is good, the beds are very comfortable, everything is clean and well maintained, and the air‑conditioning/heating works well. Contact with Zaira, the host, is quick, and the building houses the Gottardi bakery/restaurant, which is great for breakfast from 06.30 and dinner until 22:00—perfect for us! The supermarket is 200 m away, and for self‑cooking the kitchen is shared with three other rooms. We’ll book Il Sorriso again for our next stay in Negrar. The only thing to know is that the building is on a main road, not in the village center, but we had bikes and a car, so it was no problem for us.

Nice, easy, comfortable, and quiet. The fridge should be divided by rooms.
