The location is very convenient. Clean, cozy, and the room is spacious. The host, Karolina, is simply lovely and always helpful with any questions.

“Staying in the property made my trip very enjoyable and I will stay there again.”

The location was excellent and central to most attractions, which were only a few minutes’ walk away. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and all necessary amenities were available. The owner, Caroline, was very friendly and helpful with information on things to do in Alicante, and above all, I felt very safe at the property. Nothing to complain about.

“Fantastic location, clean and tidy. Uncomfortable bed and make sure you have your own bathroom”

The spot was spot on, right where I needed it, and I know the neighbourhood well from other stays, so finding it was a breeze. It felt safe for solo travelers, which I appreciated. The cost felt steep for a “Pension”; I’d have expected a lower rate. The bed was uncomfortable, and even though I could have upgraded to a double room, that would have meant sharing a bathroom, which I found completely unacceptable.

“Muy buena”

The location is perfect, and despite being in the heart of the city, you hardly hear any noise. The room is modern and has everything you need, plus ours came with a fold‑up drying rack. Caroline is very friendly, and if you’re heading to the beach you can rent chairs and an umbrella for 5 euros a day, which is great because you can’t bring those on train or plane.
