“Don’t cheat your customers.”
I liked the neighborhood and the email exchanges were clear, and the staff were generally friendly, but I only give it a 6 because of a crucial incident: I asked the front desk if they knew where the best currency exchange rates were. Instead of offering to do it for me for a small fee or telling me where to find good rates, a receptionist walked out onto the street – which is full of exchange offices – and went to a friend to arrange a bad rate so he could earn a commission. I trusted him, but after I switched money and left, I realized I’d gotten the worst rate on the whole street. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for a paying customer.

I had a fantastic stay at Casa Central. The hotel sits in a small alley but is only a few steps from the main road, making the location very convenient. The room was modern, spotless, and comfortable, with a pristine bathroom, perfectly functioning AC and fan, and an amazing bed that let me sleep soundly. Check‑in was smooth and easy. Two receptionists were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout. I even spoke with the owner twice, and he was equally kind and attentive. The only caveat is that guests may bring visitors only until 9 PM; otherwise everything else was excellent. I would definitely recommend Casa Central and would stay again.

The place is well‑located, just a few minutes on foot from the metro and the west exit of New Delhi station, and the lively street nearby has souvenir shops, cafés, restaurants, and a 24‑hour convenience store. The room is spacious, comes with towels, decent water pressure, and a refrigerator that’s sufficient even though there’s no larger one. The staff are friendly; when I needed cash, they directed me to an ATM. I didn’t compare prices with other hotels, but the private room is roomy and offers great value for money. No negatives to report.
