The place sits in a rural setting that I liked, but it turned out to be the most expensive spot on the entire route and the least enjoyable for me. The rooms feel very old and the bed is quite uncomfortable, and the accommodation is basically a barn.

The facilities and layout are tidy, and the breakfast is plentiful and enjoyable. However, it feels a bit overpriced despite being a very good property.

The breakfast was incredible, the room was cozy and clean, and the bathrooms were excellent. The showers were great and we loved the water pressure. Having laundry was also extremely helpful for us, and we were more than happy to pay for that service. Everything was great. We could hear the kids playing upstairs but we didn't mind that at all; it all contributed to how cozy the place felt.
