Cleanliness, location, breakfast, and staff were positive. However, there was a very offensive stink in the bathroom that seeped into the room even with the exhaust fan running continuously. The sewerage odor was overwhelming through the night. The windows didn’t open; with one half‑open window, street noise—cars and dogs—was deafening, waking me up 4 to 5 times during the night. There was no communication from the room to reception; the single phone was new, not connected, and not set up for use. I do not recommend this place at all.

A tiny but very nice hotel in the center of Mudanya, close to the coast and within walking distance of many restaurants and pubs. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The family rooms are very spacious, with plenty of room to move around. If I ever return to Mudanya, I’ll definitely book this hotel again. RB Boris 🇸🇮 The only downside is that parking can be a bit of a hassle in the surrounding streets when there’s a lot of traffic.

“Fijn verblijf!”

Staying there felt like stepping back into a historic konak while still enjoying all the modern comforts; we spent two nights in the family room with its private terrace, the boulevard was just a short walk away and the location was superb. Parking in the narrow streets proved tricky, but the hotel’s own valet service was a great help and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. We visited at the end of April, and because it was chilly the surrounding area was being heavily heated at night; sleeping on the top floor with the window open wasn’t possible since any smoke rushed in almost instantly, though that issue wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

The hotel sits right in the center of old Mudanya, and the staff were very welcoming. They even had our room ready before our early check‑in. There’s a nice little cafeteria on the ground floor. Because it’s an old wooden house, it can be a bit noisy, but we were lucky to have quiet neighbors on the upper floor.
