It was a 2 night stay for me in this hotel. The Hotel stay was really good - peaceful environment and walkable to nearby places of interest. The staff were so helpful and professional. The air conditioning inside my room was noisy and the wooden cupboard inner plate was broken

Breakfast was decent, but when I booked I requested it for all rooms, and only one room actually received breakfast while the other three did not.

The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a wide variety of hot dishes, assorted pastries, standard bread spreads, and fresh fruit, and I could also eat in my room. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, the pool was a plus, and the whole hotel looked clean. Every room was fully equipped and comfortably furnished. Because I was on a business trip, I could use the business lounge, which was convenient. The location was ideal, with a supermarket within walking distance. Wifi was not always stable, but they did offer solutions to fix it.

The hotel is in a central tourist area and the room is spacious. However, there is little light in the entrance and pool area, and the facilities and furniture feel somewhat outdated.

The hotel sits right in the city centre, which is great. Unfortunately the staff were extremely unfriendly, and although the website quoted one price, they added €150 on arrival. The site said a €86 deposit was required, yet they charged €100 per room in cash only. When we tried to cancel, they told us the full amount would be debited. After paying in cash, they promised change but said they didn’t have any and would return it the next day; we ended up waiting until 8 pm to get it after a whole day’s hassle. There was no inventory check at check‑in, yet we were forced to do a check‑out before leaving.
